"Homeboy Industries serves formerly gang-involved and incarcerated men, women, and youth who carry life histories marked by poverty, family and street violence, marginalization and intergenerational abuse and neglect. We have been using a data system that was not built to show the intricacies of our work or measure progress over time. Care4 has provided an organization-wide tool that provides confidentiality and incorporates the complexities of our wraparound services. This project has been a major initiative for our organization, not only making us more data driven, but shaping our case management model for the future."
