We had a fixed budget, an aggressive time schedule and a unique set of requirements. Before we found out about Care4, we thought we would have to risk building from scratch. Care4 turned out to be the best of both worlds. Flexible enough to meet our unique project needs without all the risks. Our project turned out better than we could have imagined.

Homeboy Industries serves formerly gang-involved and incarcerated men, women, and youth who carry life histories marked by poverty, family and street violence, marginalization and intergenerational abuse and neglect. We have been using a data system that was not built to show the intricacies of our work or measure progress over time.

Care4 has provided an organization-wide tool that provides confidentiality and incorporates the complexities of our wraparound services. This project has been a major initiative for our organization, not only making us more data driven, but shaping our case management model for the future.

I’m confirming that MVP has been achieved and that I’m beyond impressed with the product, the team, and the level of service and support we receive. Care4 is a HUGE part of the Fair Futures success story, and I will sing Care4’s praises to anyone who will listen.
